Industrial capital manufacturing

Engineered purely for bulk packaging

We design, machine, and commission complete heavy-duty FIBC manufacturing lines. Our centralized assembly facilities produce dedicated extrusion, weaving, and conversion machinery built for continuous industrial duty cycles.

Machining philosophy

Rigid structural engineering

High-output bulk bag manufacturing generates extreme torsional vibration across round-the-clock weaving and extrusion operations. Rather than utilizing lightweight welded steel tubing, we cast our loom bedplates and main gear housings in heavy grey iron to isolate vibration and preserve gear alignment.

Critical drives, planetary gearboxes, and tension rollers are machined in-house to tight geometric tolerances. By controlling metallurgical composition and surface hardening internally, our equipment lines maintain steady denier consistency and uninterrupted production across multimillion-bag annual contracts.

Production infrastructure

In-house precision machining

Our main plant features multi-axis CNC horizontal boring centers, cylindrical grinding stations, and dedicated pre-commissioning testing bays. Every modular extrusion screw, circular loom assembly, and automatic sewing bridge undergoes strict dimensional inspection before frame installation.

Before dispatch to international ports, complete machinery lines run 72 hours of uninterrupted dry-cycle testing under full mechanical load. Electrical cabinets and PLC automation logic are pre-wired and bench-tested to accelerate on-site installation and commissioning.
